I found this small reel behind an old MCI JH-110 Tape deck. It had "Ballance" written on it in Wax pencil. It was edited with splicing tape be "Billo" himself. It had been sitting there for maybe 10 years. I still have the original tape and will post a picture of it here. It turned out to be a pretty good aircheck and period piece.
