The horror and terrible pain endured by Syrians watching their country being consumed in a brutal war is revealed in this interview by Anne Daly with 19 year old Journalism Student Walaa Ajjawi. A student at Griffith College Dublin Ajjawi is one of many hundreds of thousands of Syrian who feel abandoend by the world as they see nothing being done to stop the killing and destruction of their country. Almost three years since the brutal dictatorship of President Bashar al-Assad ruthlessly crushed a peaceful uprising there is no end in sight to the conflict.
