Aussie Mum's Gold

Lydia Lassila is aiming to become the first Australian two time gold medalist at the Winter Olympics having picked up the top honor at the games in Vancouver four years ago.

Her event is the "aerials" which basically involves throwing herself high into the air, spinning, summer-saulting and landing in a split second.

Lasilla has had many challenges since winning gold in 2010, including injury and the birth of her first child
