In this penultimate episode of the #CitizensofScience mini series trying to answer: What is Science? I speak to Louisa-Rose Allen, a London-based secretary. Louisa never liked school science: she said it was very difficult to feel involved. The teachers did experiments in front of the class, but you couldn't do them yourselves. She loved pouring over Encyclopedia's and other books, but school science left her uninspired. It wasn't until she came across #CitizenScience projects like the #FlyingAntSurvey that she rekindled a love for science.
