Leaflets are being sent out to all homes this month explaining how our NHS records are going to be shared differently, both within the NHS and with medical research companies - unless we choose to opt out. It's being reported that GPs are choosing to opt out, but why? Andie speaks to Mike Knapton, a GP from Cambridgeshire.
