"Fatal Failures" RTE 1 Primetime Documentary which investigated the deaths of four babies in six years at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise has highlighted what happens when women's rights are not respected when they seek to give birth. Documentary film maker and journalism lecturer Anne Daly spoke with Dr. Krtsia Lynch of AIMS about her organisation and the issues raised in the Primetime programme.
