Eight out of ten Accident and Emergency cases at peak times are alcohol-related. That's the shocking statistic spelt out by Northern Ireland's Chief Medical Officer Dr Michael McBride. I've been speaking to him about alcohol abuse, and whether Government should intervene to make drink more expensive. He didn't hold back.
