Shock as video appears to show police officers leaving incapacitated woman at road side

The BBC understands the PSNI are to refer a video that appears to show officers leaving a incapacitated woman at the side of a road to the police ombudsman. In a statement the assistant chief constable George Hamilton said that police were seriously concerned and well below the standards we expect from our officers in dealing with vulnerable people.
