Amanda Holden: "They're burning babies to keep the heating on."

Amanda Holden speaks of her utter shock that thousands of miscarried and aborted babies are incinerated as clinical waste in hospitals. Ten NHS trusts have admitted burning foetal remains alongside other rubbish while two others used the bodies in 'waste-to-energy' plants which generate power for heat. As a result of the investigation, the Department of Health has asked hospitals to stop the practice...but they say it's up to the Human Tissue Authority to issue clearer guidance on it.
