Transport Minister talks to Radio Plymouth about possible road and rail improvements

Plymouth's business leaders have been questioning transport minister, Robert Goodwill today (10/4/2014) about the region's road and rail links.
They want more three hour services to London and an alternative inland rail route, following the problems at Dawlish.
A study is also ongoing on the possible dualling of the A303.
