It is urban legend --- the man that wears the trench coat and who eyes glow in the dark like blue moonlight walks the city of Washington D.C. . The urban legends of kids on the corner are so frightened by him they state that this creature makes back deals in dark allies. The urban kids in the city fear him—they call him Mr. Shisty . One night the urban kids saw Mr. Shisty hoping on roof top to roof top. He was paid a high price by Division X—a branch of the government incorporated to genetically alter beings. This particular project was called the Genesis Blend project. Mr. Shisty had been working with Division X to steal Toxins and alien DNA. All the kids that work the streets at night know Mr. Shisty ‘s motto is simply this “ don’t ask , don’t speak policy—just pay me “. Agent XY met Mr. Shisty in the alley that night to collect the DNA that Mr. Shisty was paid to deliver. Out of this deal Division X - outside of the city—had kidnapped some teenagers—for a demonic experiment. Division X created that night 10 mutant children--- for the sole purpose of aiding the government and the country from the growing menace that had spread from Ranykon, NJ—down through the East Coast of the United States---which was Toxins---mutants affected by a Toxic waste epidemic. Division X tried to manipulate some Toxins in the past—but it blew up in their face—so they thought to manipulate teenagers---these teenagers these mutant children would be called the 10 deadly sins. Powers mixed with alien and mutant DNA these 10 kids would have unimaginable power unknown to any on Earth. The 10 Deadly Sins mission is hunt and capture mutants known as Toxins and capture Prison Planet beings for the government. 10 Deadly Sins as they travel through the East Coast are mentored and supervised by their handler--- a man named Roman---whose origins and powers are unknown.
