Sunday, May 11, 2014 QRP Sprint contest. JR7KGE (5W, sent 'P') on 7 MHz, JR7KGE and JH7FUJ (0.5W, sent 'Q') on 3.5 MHz, JR1UJX (0.5W) and JR7KGE on 1.9 MHz. For JH7FUJ I have switched dedicated RX-antennas to normal Inverted-Vee and achieved higer SNR. I have also switched RX-ants to IV when JR1UJX was sending his number '10Q'. These facts show the dedicated low-band RX-ants are not fully usable however, capability to switch between multiple ants is much effective for beter readability, and hence, rapid contest operation.
