The Man Who Runs the Old Bailey

Charles Henty has a unique role in the Square Mile: he runs the Central Criminal Court, best known as the Old Bailey (#oldbailey). Henty, a former Coldstream Guardsman, has three job titles – Secondary of London, Under Sheriff and High Bailiff of Southwark - and describes himself as, effectively, the managing director of the most famous criminal court in the world.
