Lord Ashdown: Now is not the time for CSA Inquiry!

Former Lib Dem Leader Lord Ashdown says that it is not the right time for a Child Sexual Abuse Inquiry into an alleged paedophile ring in Westminster in the 70s and 80s. Although he did say there could be one in the future. On Sir Cyril Smith he did say that he has heard 'vague' rumours about the Liberal MP.
