Weymouth's Mr Universe talks training regime and budgie-smugglers

Up until this weekend, Weymouth was home to Mr Universe.

Daz Hallett runs Fitness World Gym in the Southill, but he also won the IBFA Universe title last July.

He wasn't able to defent his crown over the weekend, because he's recovering from surgery.

But I went along to Daz's gym to find out what it takes to be a champion bodybuilder...
