Star Wars and Theology

1400 years ago a small group of monks, searching for solitude and isolation built a monastery in one of the most extraordinary locations on earth. The island of Skellig Michael rises up from the ocean 7 Miles off the southwest coast of Ireland. The island is now a world heritage site and last month it also became the setting for the latest instalment in one of the most successful movie franchises of all time.

But is there really a spiritual connection? - The former Astrophysicist David Wilkinson, who's now a theology professor at Durham University, thinks there definitely is. He's the author of The Power of the Force: The Spirituality of the Star Wars.
