Speaking on #BBC Radio #Cambridgeshire, Richard Astle, who is celebrating 10 years as Chair of Shine, by agreeing to do five half #marathons, a 40 mile #walk, two 10k #runs, a trek in #Morocco and finally a #Santa dash at the end of 2014, has described the decision as a "moment of madness!"
