Edwin Poots experiences phone problems when questioned by BBC Radio Ulster's Karen Patterson on Lord Chief Justice Sir Declan Morgan's suggestion that comments made by the Health Minister on gay men giving blood were detrimental to the rule of law and damaging to public confidence in the justice system.
