This week, the number is 12. The number of children killed on the road this year.
I was lucky - … I wasn’t killed. I was ten, walking home from school. …And I was hit by a car. Now I’m reading to you from my wheelchair.
That was over two decades ago. My young life was taken away. … Changed forever.
Please. Look out for children like the one I once was.
