PRESENTER ONE One in 10 North East three-year-olds has visible tooth decay according to a new survey published today. Overall the region is slightly below the national average. But in Sunderland it's even higher - nearly one in 6. BBC Newcastle looked into this on their breakfast show earlier in the week
