The DfE never evidences its claim that MR doesn't work but it avoids discussing MR in Regulated Activities. It's rejection of MR has nothing to do with child protection and a great deal to do with mistakenly perceived cost of introduction but of course, the government will never admit it.  Read our evidenced opinion piece  https://bit.ly/2JHFVvJ
