Operation Nemesis, Staffordshire Police's campaign to remove drug dealers from the streets of Stoke-on-Trent, last month saw two men jailed and more than thirty other suspects arrested.

But what happens after a life of drugs and crime leads people to jail? What happens after prison?

Later this morning we'll be asking the question whether former inmates would be less likely to re-offend if they didn't have to tell people and potential employers about their criminal records.
