On Being Grateful during Tough Times

It's important to allow ourselves to feel our feelings, especially when we are struggling. Sit with the fear, depression, anger , disappointment, etc. Give yourself permission to not be happy. Then when you have adressed your feelings and said " I see you. I hear you.", the icky feelings can be transformed to gratitude and joy. We just have to focus on what we DO have, instead of what we don't.
