Busk Busk Bonnie Lassie

Also known as ' Bonnie Glen Shee,' this song is an old folk song from the Strathmore area of Perthshire. It’s tune was used for the well-known WW1 pipe tune ‘The Bloody Fields of Flanders.’ This song along with 100s more was collected and recorded by Hamish Henderson ( a Blairgowrie man) who also used the tune to write his own song ‘ Freedom Come All Ye.’
