Heal to Full: What gear stats do 3.0 healers need?

So the time has come for us to worry about itemizing a new tier of gear. There will be constant debate among the DPS and tanks of the world but we're healers.

We get more wiggle room and have the opportunity to customize what we want from the numbers. I'm not a theorycrafter. Never have been. But I do have some thoughts on how you can gear up your healer and what stats you might want to focus on.
