Sir Michael Wilshaw: Private schools have moral obligation to help the poor

Ofsted chief Sir Michael Wilshaw launches another withering attack on private schools. HE speaks up in support of Labour's Shadow Education secretary Tristram Hunt by saying that the independent sector must do a lot more to help the state sector.
