Christmas on Benefits

In November 2013 Smoke Radio reporter Stephen Mitchell went along to BBC Radio 1 to interview Phil Taggart about his then new BBC Three documentary "Christmas on Benefits".
In the show his aim was to show the UK how difficult it really is to live off as little as £100 every two weeks around the festive period especially when it comes to exchanging gifts and the pressure of buying presents.
Phil also explains he own experience about being on the doll and how he learnt from the experience to get to where he is today and explains that it doesn't have to be all doom and gloom.
