My #3Words for navigating 2015 are (equally) - Present - Voice - Explore This audio is my best shot at explaining what I mean by each of these words. [I hope to add text here soon]

"Present" = being in balance, paying attention, being in the "Now", not letting my enthusiasms lead me astray, not running away with myself, taking my medications (every day), growing habits that get me facing up in a timely way to challenges, keeping my feet on the ground, being personal, not losing the run of myself (as we say in Ireland).

"Voice" means giving voice to my abilities, standing up for what I feel, think, being strong & brave, expressing my creativity, speaking out, standing up for me + those I support, running the risk of expressing myself before I have my ideas & feelings perfectly formed.

"Explore" stands for travelling to people, places & ideas (points of view), exploring the world, keeping my eyes open, moving about, making pilgrimages (going places for a spiritual purpose), going on "expotitions" [like Winnie the Pooh by AA Milne], reaching out to others + their differences, meeting people, being on a journey (rather than arriving), with the mantra "may the road rise up to meet me & you" "go neiri an bothar leat?
