The letters BBC stand for Biased, Bumptious and Costly - that's the view from DUP MP Sammy Wilson. Sammy has lashed out against the Beeb on his Facebook page saying the "licence fee must go" and called it a demand to "extort money under a penalty of punishment". And he pulled no punches as he said if he had a choice, he would not pay for the BBC, criticising the quality of journalism and how it spends its money. Is Sammy right, or is the BBC licence fee good value for money? Joel gets the views of Sammy Wilson and Charlie Beckett, who is a media professor at the London School of Economics.
