Statement: Man guilty of Jasmyn Chan death

Chief Inspector Stuart Walne, pictured, gives South Yorkshire Police press conference after 33-year-old Naseeb Ellahi of Ash Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to causing the death by dangerous driving of Sheffield 14-year-old Jasmyn Chan. Ellahi appeared at Sheffield Crown Court this morning (Tuesday, 6 January) and pleaded guilty to four offences he was charged with in connection to the incident on Normanton Hill at around 9.20pm on Friday, 9 May, 2013.
