Mohammed cartoonist Westergaard offers special edition print to help Charlie Hebdo

Kurt Westergaard, the Danish cartoonist who inflamed the Muslim world with his picture of Mohammed with a bomb in his turban, has launched a charity effort to help the French magazine Charlie Hebdo.
