Danish jihadis to face treason charges? Prosecutors to examine law.

Denmark’s Justice Minister has asked the country’s senior legal experts to determine whether radicals who fight for the so called Islamic state can be tried for treason. This hardening of policy is in response to the attacks in Paris, and is designed to deter young Danish Muslims from contemplating fighting in Syria or Iraq. The maximum sentence for treason is 16 years in prison. From Copenhagen, Malcolm Brabant reports....
