A DUP councillor is calling for the Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy to intervene in the ongoing row between NI Water and trade unions. Around 9000 homes across NI are still without running water because of the industrial dispute about pensions. Charlie Chittick lives just outside Omagh - his home has been without water since Saturday lunchtime. He says if the situation isn't resolved soon then an independent inquiry should take place. Last night our reporter Rick Faragher went to meet him.
