Burglary in West Midlands reaches record lows as police and partners work with known offenders.

Figures released today by West Midlands Police show that burglary has reduced by a half in ten years. Gary Wicker set up the charity NetworkFour, which helps rehabilitate offenders in 2008. He says the hard work is reflected in the statistics.
