NHS Band 6 manager explaining why she will not report fraud, safeguarding and abuse.

I had been told by a few of my staff that they were being "interrogated" by my subordinates. I asked my Band 6 managers to document who had ordered them to falsify data and interrogate my staff and I let them know that this practice is illegal. They did not want to document. They are afraid of losing their jobs if they tell the truth. This is everyday conversation at my NHS site.
