I was expressing concerns that the "External Investigator" had voluntarily told me that she worked for John Howden. This did not inspire in me any feelings of confidence that the things she would do - and be instructed not to do - would result in a transparent and just outcome. Indeed this is exactly what happened. Apparently she now goes by Shirley Markham, or Marmalade People Services Ltd.
