Week in 60 seconds
This week Campaigns Assistant Rachel Kitchin takes on the week in 60 seconds challenge. She talks about a campaigns success for campaigners in Scotland as its announced that all Scottish dogs will need to be microchipped from next year (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-31730726).
