Pricewaterhouse Coopers Sued Over Failed L.A. Department of Water and Power Billing System

The #LosAngeles City Attorney sued accounting firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers Friday, alleging the firm duped the Department of Water and Power into selecting it for a $70-million contract to build a new billing system for the utility.
