Flooding in New York City has been a problem and Hurricane Sandy is a reminder of what could happen to the subway systems. John O' Grady has worked at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority or MTA for 26 years and is concerned about the flooding. The goals are to make sure the yards, tunnels, or stations don't flood and paralyze the system.
