It’s easy to stick with people you know, habits you’re comfortable with, and familiar surroundings. But if you really want to grow as a person, you need new experiences. Listen to classical music, rap, or jazz if you’ve never tried it. Volunteer at or visit a museum. Eat lunch at an ethnic restaurant (and let the server order for you—be daring). There are possibilities for growth everywhere you look.

Today I’ll have a new experience.
