From “I like your new haircut” (when we don’t) to “I’m almost there” (when you just leave home), most of us are skilled at lies and fibs. Some we tell to get out of trouble. Others we tell because they’re more polite than the truth. And others we tell out of habit; it seems easier than being honest. But even little white lies can turn into a blinding blizzard. Are you a truthful person, or is this something you need to work on?

Today I’ll give an honest answer to an uncomfortable question.
