Only 6% of NHS funding in the east of England is spent on mental health. Will each party increase spending on mental health provision, how will they fund it and what will they do to support people with mental health challenges to obtain employment and run businesses. The question is asked because mental health is a big issue and people with mental health challenges face many disadvantages in employment and in business.
