Rundgren Dolby and Morse Code

Rundgren's song 'This Island Earth' (from "Global", released April 2015) uses a rhythmic code-like notes in the intro and outro (both included in the audio file here). Perhaps SOS? Thomas Dolby's October 2011 album 'A Map of the Floating City' song, "Oceanea" uses actual Morse Code (in the outro, included after Rundgren's portion) which I believe specifies the location of the radioactive lighthouse on Sakhalin Island more info here: http://www.urbanghostsmedia.com/2014/05/radioactive-mys-aniva-lighthouse-sakhalin/
