Heal to Full: Dulfy interview and knowing the nerfs

Not sure if you all saw the Dulfy interview I posted on the blog but it did very well and spawned a long Reddit thread of trolling.
It was pretty amazing to see. I also talk a little about how important it is for healers to know what DPS and tank classes are getting nerfed or buffed.
The end result is that raid fights can be extended or changed somehow.
