He walks by and your heart beats faster . . . . She looks at you and your face turns red . . . . Suddenly you can’t think of anything but HIM or HER. You could write a poem, a song, a whole book about his or her wonderful looks, voice, talents, brains. You must be—in love! When you’re young (and even when you’re old), these feelings can be confusing. They can be overwhelming. They can be exhausting. But they are all perfectly normal.

Today I won’t judge my feelings.
