There will always be people you can’t get along with. You won’t like them, and they won’t like you. They may even hate you. What can you do? Hating someone back takes a lot of energy. You can try being friendly and see what happens. Maybe things will change; maybe they won’t. What’s important to remember is you can’t change or control another person’s feelings.

Today I’ll risk reaching out to someone who doesn’t like me.
