Heal to Full podcast: A wishlist for next time the devs talk healing changes

The good news is that the #swtor developers decided against pushing through with the PTS 3.2.1 changes to healers. Not yet, at least.
That means that you can expect the suggestions to come back in full force the next time the developers have an itch to go after healers.
That being said, I have some thoughts on what I hope the developers are able to do the next time around.
