Boris Hails Clegg: "The Debt of This Country To Him Is Profound"

Boris Johnson has previously called Nick Clegg "David Cameron's cup bearer" and a "lapdog cum prophylactic". But he paid tribute to the Lib Dem leader, who is expected to resign later today, saying he did a great service to the country by forming a coalition.
