Pentagon spokesman says Ramadi an "isolated incident"

Iraqi forces and Shia militiamen have begun what the Pentagon calls "probing and reconnaissance operations" close to the city of #Ramadi, the capital of Anbar province. This follows its recent capture by Islamic state militants and comments from the American Defense Secretary Ash Carter that Iraqi forces has "shown no will to fight". We asked Pentagon spokesman Col Steve Warren if he agrees.
