Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe QPM, Commissioner of the Met Police and the UK's most senior police officer, sets out the challenges and opportunities of policing, as traditional crime falls and digital criminals come to the fore. Speaking to members of London First's Security and Resilience Network, he set out the scale of the threat and the practical challenges to the police, but he also stressed the great opportunities digital offers in the fight against crime.
